We will discuss services offered and your specific needs for your space. If the services meet your needs we will then schedule a free 30 minute in home consultation to get a better idea of hours needed and services that best suite your needs and goals for your space.

This is an hourly rate and requires a minimum of 1 hour and the cost of all needed items. This service works great when items are needed to organize your space. I will go over the best and most efficient products to reach your goal for the space. I will then personally shop for and pick up the items needed within your comfortable set budget.

This is an hourly rate. We can schedule an over the phone Q & A session or video call where I can visually walk you through decluttering and reorganizing the space. This option works great for long distance, busy schedules, maintaining an already organized space or as simple as needing direction on where to get started or the best organizing techniques to use.

This is an hourly rate with a minimum of 2 hours. During this time we will work on the organizational needs of the space. This can include decluttering, sorting, unpacking, dropping off donations as needed, and organizing your space to meet your needs and goals.

We offer weekly, bi-weekly, or once per month inspections. Inspections include but are not limited to home security assistance, visual checks, monsoon damage, pest invasion, landscaping leaks, flooding, plumbing failures, HVAC, housekeeping, care for plants, and function as your emergency contact in your absence. If a problem is detected we will contact you immediately and handle it on your behalf by coordinating and overseeing vendors  

This is an hourly rate with a minimum of 1 hour. During this time we will prepare your home for guest arrival,grocery shop for your arrival, pick up and deliver dry cleaning, install pest deterrents, forward mail, and many more services.
